As a team, we thrive on projects that involve customized solutions whenever standard products cannot quite get the job done. This is when we can make the most of our creativity and technical knowledge. We design using a computer and then see the design materialize in the production area. Ultimately, the product reaches our customers. Our contributions to projects such as the U2 stage, the Las Vegas High Roller and the Bird’s Nest stadium were great challenges that proved very satisfying. We are extremely proud that we were asked to contribute to some of the world's biggest and most unique projects.

Our department is passionate about our line of work. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers. We enjoy providing solutions for complex problems. It's what energizes us. Every single member of our team has an affinity for engineering. We regularly attend internal training at the Enerpac Academy to improve our product knowledge.
A strong brand with world class products.
Enerpac has been a leader in developing high-pressure hydraulic tools since the 1960s. Our product management group works in coordination with our sales managers and engineers to develop new products and improve existing product lines. We are continuously working on the development of tools which deliver safe and efficient solutions for virtually every industry.
Enerpac is a strong brand with a strong branding strategy. Our marketing communications group produces marketing materials, organises trade shows and maintains public relations. We work to ensure our colleagues are equipped with the materials they need to effectively communicate with our channel partners and customers.
Through our Enerpac Academy, we impart knowledge to both Enerpac employees and customers. Our 5 Academy sites across the globe, and over 70 authorised service centres, give us the capacity to meet our high standards of quality and service.
We are Enerpac's logistics hub.
Our broad product range is made up of thousands of different products that are manufactured at different locations all over the world. We conduct activities in the areas of planning, procurement, warehousing, machining, welding and assembly. To maximize our cost efficiency, we compare offers and select the most suitable supplier. We are responsible for placing and releasing procurement orders, as well as for providing information about delivery times, order status, product specifications and shipping instructions.
Many products are received ready for shipping, while others are assembled on site, tested and packaged. Shipments out of our distribution center make their way to customers in over 80 countries by road, air or sea. Our team is made up of logistics and engineering pros who work according to a tight schedule, making sure products get to the required location correctly and on time.
LEAD & HSSE-Q Department
Continuous improvement is a prerequisite for Enerpac in reaching the goals we have set ourselves. It enables us to work and grow efficiently.
The LEAD (LEAN Enterprise Across all Disciplines) department is Enerpac's command center from which continuous improvement efforts are directed using LEAN principles and techniques. The HSSE-Q department takes care of product quality assurance and monitors legal requirements in the areas of security, health & safety and the environment. Our aim is to make sure every single employee goes home healthy at the end of the day. Aside from that, we are responsible for the implementation of adopted procedures and ISO standards.
We are all about control and oversight.
We audit the administrative organization and internal controls, hence making a structural contribution to the company's growth. Our team analyzes financial results, compiles management reports and budgets, and checks whether reports comply with domestic and international legislation and regulations. We support other departments on various projects and operate in a kind of consulting role, focusing on issues relating to future growth, cost savings and efficiency gains.
