  • Enerpac pancake lock nut cylinders have an extremely low height for use in confined areas
  • Lock nut for positive and safe mechanical load holding over a long period of time
  • Single-acting, load return
  • Optional special synthetic coating for improved corrosion resistance and lower friction for smoother operation
  • Overflow port functions as a stroke limiter
  • CR-400 coupler and dust cap included on all models.

CLP pancake cylinders lifted the 250 ton antenna +/- 5mm to clear the track, while an RCS-Series low height cylinder applied 3 tonnes of lateral force to slide the antenna laterally back to center.

An 8 point Synchronous Lifting System and 20 CLP-Series hydraulic pancake locknut cylinders were used to jack the deck sections in order to remove and replace 400 bearings on the Sadabad Viaduct.
