FF-Series, Mechanical Flange Face Tool

Enerpac’s FF120 Quickface is a lightweight, easy to use, safe and compact tool that can be used to quickly resurface a flange face. It is easy to use and only requires one person to operate.

  • Hand operated machine tool can be set up anywhere without the need for air, electric or hydraulic power support
  • Lightweight, <15 kg (33 lbs in box), and easily transported to remote locations for increased productivity
  • Range of interchangeable collets from 25.4mm - 152.4 mm (1 inch to 6 inches) allows the user to work on many difference flanges with minimal time between set-ups
  • Adjustable Cutting Head is capable of facing flanges from 25.4 mm – 304.8 mm (1 inch to 12 inches) which gives the user greater flexibility

THC, THQ-Series, Torque Wrench Hoses

  • Thermoplastic torque wrench hoses
  • Dual hoses, 6 and 12 meters long
  • THQ-700-series with spin-on couplers for:
    • 700 bar S and W-series torque wrenches
    • torque wrench pumps with suffix “Q”
  • THC-700-series with lock-ring couplers for:
    • 800 bar SQD and HXD-series torque wrenches
    • torque wrench pumps

ATM-Series, Flange Alignment Tools

  • Enerpac flange alignment tools rectify twists and rotational misalignment without additional stress in pipe lines
  • For most commonly used ANSI, API, BS and DIN flanges
  • No slings, hooks, or lifting gear. Extremely safe, high precision
  • ATM-1 manual flange alignment: supplied with three bushings for different bolt hole sizes. Can be used in reversed position
  • ATM-3 mechanical flange alignment: fits on the following flanges:
      – Ring Type Joints: flange wall thickness min 30 - max 100 mm
      – Gasket Type Joints: flange wall thickness min 25 - max 115 mm
  • ATM-5 hydraulic flange alignment: fits when flange joint is:
      – between 93 - 228 mm [3.75 - 9 inch] apart and
      – bolt hole size 31,5 mm [1.25 inch] or greater
  • Can be installed and used in any position and any location
  • Stays stable in position under full load.

RCH-Series, Hollow Plunger Cylinders

  • Enerpac hollow plunger cylinders provide versatility in testing, maintenance and tensioning applications.
  • Hollow plunger design allows for both, pull and push forces
  • Single-acting, spring return
  • Cylinders are nickel-plated, floating center tube on models over 20 tons increases product life
  • Baked enamel finish for increased corrosion resistance
  • Collar threads for easy fixturing
  • RCH-120 cylinders include AR-630 coupler and has 1/4" nptf port
  • RCH-121 and RCH-1211 cylinders have FZ-1630 reducer and AR-630 coupler, all other models feature CR-400 coupler.
