  • Capacity per strand jack: 85 – 660 tons (at max. 4350 psi)
  • Stroke 15.75 – 20 inches
  • Built-in sensors for closed loop operation
  • Positive hydraulic seating of wedges
  • Equipped with pilot operated check valves to ensure positive load holding
  • Loads can be locked or secured at any stage
  • Strand jack pumps 5 – 50 hp, with variable frequency drive motor
  • PLC-controlled operation
  • Modular based system controls up to 32 lift points with one controller
  • Multiple controllers can be networked
  • Synchronous stroke control maintains .04 inch accuracy between leading and lagging jacks
