The Solution for multiple lifting points

With the use of hydraulic cylinders, heavy objects of any size & tonnage can be lifted and maneuvered. For high accuracy lifting and positioning of heavy loads, however, it may be required to synchronize the extending and/or retracting movements of multiple cylinders. For exact geometric positioning of heavy objects, hydraulic cylinders must extend and retract simultaneously with high precision in a controlled manner.

Up to 64 lifting points, load and stroke controlled
Capacities from 10 up to 1000 ton per lifting point
Up to 0,1 mm [.004 inch] accuracy over full stroke

Typical SyncLift applications (among others) are:

Separating two halves of mould or dies
Bridge lifting, launching and repositioning
