CUSP400, 4008 kN Capacity, 10 mm Stroke, High Tonnage Ultra Flat Hydraulic Cylinder
CUSP400, 4008 kN Capacity, 10 mm Stroke, High Tonnage Ultra Flat Hydraulic Cylinder
CUSP-Series Low Height Hydraulic Cylinders, also known as hydraulic pancake cylinders, combine an impressive power to height ratio with a tilting saddle function to distribute the load evenly and prevent side load.
These are available in several high-tonnage capacities, making them the right choice for confined spaces where other cylinders will not fit.
There are several configurations to choose from, including high tonnage capacities up to 1000 tons (10165 kN). These ultra-flat hydraulic cylinders have collapsed heights from 1.4 up to 4.06” (35.5 to 103 mm).
All are finished with a tough Nitrocarburized coating for enhanced corrosion protection in harsh working environments.

- Up to 4% side load of maximum capacity
- Extremely low collapsed height
- Integrated tilting function up to 4 degrees
- Nitrocarburized surface treatment for harsh conditions
- "Red Line" for visual maximum stroke limitation.
- Coupler CR400 including dustcap: Use HC-Series hose including CH603 coupler to connect to your pump
- All Ultra Flat Cylinders require a solid lifting surface for correct support. The use of these flat cylinders on surfaces such as sand, mud or dirt, may result in cylinder damage.
